Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Dunblane is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Dunblane and the surrounding area. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council standards and all applicable UK pharmacy legislation.
To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and reside in the United Kingdom. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration and consultation process.
Weight loss treatments are subject to clinical suitability. We reserve the right to decline any request for treatment if our pharmacist or prescriber determines it is not appropriate for you based on your medical history or consultation responses. Certain conditions, medications, or circumstances may make you ineligible for specific treatments.
All prescription medicines supplied by us require a valid prescription issued by a registered prescriber. Our online consultation process is designed to support safe prescribing. Prescriptions are reviewed and approved by a qualified prescriber and dispensed by our GPhC-registered pharmacist.
You must answer all consultation questions honestly and in full. Providing false or misleading information may result in harm and will void any obligation on our part regarding the suitability of treatment provided.
We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. A clinical decision to decline treatment is final and made in your best interests.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you will be charged. We will not process your order until payment has been confirmed.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and your prescription approved by our pharmacist, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is via a tracked courier service to your confirmed UK address.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect address details provided by the patient, or circumstances beyond our control.
You may cancel your order before a prescription has been approved and your order dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible by email or telephone.
Once a prescription medicine has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, as required by UK medicines legislation. This does not affect your statutory rights in the case of a faulty or incorrectly supplied product.
If your prescription is declined following clinical review, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If you experience a medical emergency or serious side effects, contact 999 or NHS 111 immediately. Please inform your GP of any medicines prescribed through our service.
We process your personal and medical data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Your data is handled securely and confidentially. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries, including subject access requests, within 48 hours.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
